Rising sun on my bare skin.
A symphony of bird songs bouncing about.
Heavy rains in the middle of the day.
The sky clears as the sun sets for the day.
Grey & white kitten with green eyes stretches at my feet.

Thursday

The sun returns after the heavy rains.
Daisies.
Roses.
Multi-coloured orchids in bloom.
Kitten sprawled in the evening sun.

Monday

Sun shining.
Birds singing.
Light breeze.
Small clusters of dark brown mushrooms at the base of a tree, following yesterday's rain.
Pink & red roses in full June bloom.
Small, bright green flying bugs caught / lost in my right forearm hair.
White pollen fluffs floating casually in the evening air.

Friday

Two (2) alley cats slink along the wall in the back alley.
Two (2) grey squirrels playing in the wet grass.
The smell of wet, pink roses.
Two (2) rose bushes of two (2) different colours co-habiting together.
Daisies bobbing in the morning breeze.
A crow far-off.
A maple tree.
Clover on the lawn.

Thursday

Black & white cat climbs along the top of the fence out back.
Gray, wet skies.
Pink roses covered in droplets of water.
A crow cries somewhere up in the trees.
A crow finds a slice of pink baloney in the alley & flies off with it.
Red carnations & white roses.
A crow preens itself on the branch of a tall birch as the dusty green leaves flutters softly in the warm afternoon breeze.
The desperate, begging sounds of newborn starling chicks hidden in a hole in a brick wall.

Wednesday

Large gray crane flies overhead in a North East direction.
Pink rosebush in full bloom.
A yellow butterfly cruises by.
Black ants crawling over my bare feet.
The smell of drying wood chips.
Eating food & drinking water at the base of a tall tree.
The air is still & warm.

Tuesday

Heavy rain like fall.
Hundreds & hundreds of red carnations.
Kisses & rubs from the kitten with green eyes.
The sky clears & the sun sets.
The smell of burning trees hanging in the morning air.
Hazy skies from the forest fires up North.
Pollen in the air like snowflakes.
